Plus our two cats and a dog! In our free time you are likely to find us playing games on game night, spending time exploring the great outdoors, and traveling. I am also blessed to have a blended family of 6 kids, three girls and three boys. I moved to Wyoming three years ago and I love it. After the military I decided to go back to school and pursue my degree.

Growing up I was always that friend everyone turned to, so I was fortunate to realize early on that Counseling is my calling. I love to help navigate the challenges that the military lifestyle brings. As a United States Veteran, I know the struggles of service members and as families. I love to be a voice when someone doesn't have one. I have been fortunate to serve the autism community, and I recognize the distress it can cause in the individual and the families. Two of the populations I am most passionate about are Veterans and special needs families. I have experience working with autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bi-polar, and borderline personality disorder. Over the years I have served many different populations. With years of experience in mental health, I'll help you build skills to grow and maintain your personal recovery. I have helped many people achieve constructive changes that have lead to emotional healing. I am here to meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to be. I believe that change is a constant and certain. I founded Hope & Healing Counseling to help guide you towards the life that you want and deserve.
